Section 4 - Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are required to pay the full order amount in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery.
Orders may be verified via phone call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch. Unverified orders may be delayed or cancelled at our discretion.
Refusing delivery without a valid, pre-approved reason may result in a permanent ban from placing future orders on our platform.
